Description
Confoil Large Panettone Mould is a decorative, free-standing paper baking mould designed for commercial bakeries, cafés, caterers and food manufacturers. Sturdy paper construction allows mixtures to be baked directly in the mould without requiring a separate metal baking tin. Special corrugations and micro vents help release humidity during baking, while the mould maintains its shape and provides an attractive presentation for the finished product. Made from paper sourced from sustainable forestry, the mould is compostable and heat resistant up to 200°C. It is also suitable for food-production environments where metal detection systems are used.
