Kemsol K10 Bac-Kleen Ultra Concentrate is a powerful enzyme-based cleaner and odour control treatment formulated with environmentally friendly surfactants and active bacterial agents.
Designed for professional and commercial cleaning, K10 helps control unpleasant odours and stubborn soiling in difficult-to-clean areas, particularly porous and uneven surfaces such as unsealed tiles, grout and linoleum flooring.
Unlike conventional cleaners that primarily remove surface dirt, K10's active bacterial formulation continues working after application, helping break down organic soiling and maintain cleaner, fresher surfaces.

Manufacturer's Dilution Instructions:
General Hard Surfaces: Dilute 1:9 (10% solution), approximately 75ml concentrate per 750ml of prepared solution. Spray directly onto surfaces, preferably daily, allow 5–10 minutes' contact time, then wipe with a clean cloth or paper towel.
Regular Floor Cleaning: Dilute 1:49 (2% solution), approximately 15ml concentrate per 750ml of prepared solution, for regular sluicing or wet mopping of hard floors.
Surface Compatibility: Suitable for a wide range of modern surfaces. Always spot-test in an inconspicuous area before use.
