Using advanced passive fuel cell technology, the dispenser delivers a consistent fragrance without batteries, aerosols or electricity, providing silent, maintenance-free operation for up to 90 days when used with a CirculAir refill. The lockable design helps prevent tampering, while the compact, modern appearance complements commercial washrooms and public facilities. Ideal for offices, healthcare facilities, aged care homes, hospitality venues, schools and public amenities, the Rubbermaid CirculAir T-Cell Dispenser offers a reliable, environmentally responsible solution for continuous odour control.
